Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE fit-out market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Collaborate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain an updated pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in business development within the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out and construction market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong network of industry contacts in UAE is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
