1. DDA – Dubai Development Authority
Approvals for:

2. DM – Dubai Municipality
Approvals for:
- Building permits (new builds, renovations).
- Architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Environmental impact assessments.
- Health & safety regulations.
- Food safety (for restaurants, cafes).
- Waste management systems.
3. RTA – Roads and Transport Authority
Approvals for:
- Access/egress roads to buildings.
